Privacy policy

Stediary is a habit tracker and reflection tool. This policy explains the information used to provide the app and the choices available to you.

Information we handle

• Google account information: your email address, account identifier, and basic profile details supplied during Google sign-in.
• Email sign-in: if you use an app password, Supabase processes your email address and password to authenticate you. This is separate from your Google password.
• Habit information: habit names, descriptions, schedules, reminder times, completion dates, and progress history that you choose to add.
• Device preferences: theme, onboarding status, cached habit data, and notification state stored on your device.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate you, sync your habits between devices, show progress and streaks, send reminders you request, maintain security, and operate Stediary. Stediary does not sell personal information and does not use your habit entries for advertising.

Storage and service providers

Account and habit data are stored with Supabase. The app is delivered through Cloudflare. Google sign-in and Supabase email/password sign-in are available authentication methods. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Data is transmitted using HTTPS.

Notifications

Reminder notifications are optional. Stediary requests notification permission only when you set a reminder. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

Retention and deletion

Your data remains available while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account, habits, and progress from My account inside the app. You can also read the account deletion instructions.

Children

Stediary is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date on this page will be updated. Material changes will be communicated in the app when appropriate.
